Lemon Grass and the East Indian Lemon grass grow well in full sun and moist soil. Lemon grass is commonly used in teas and thai cuisine.

Lemongrass Marinade

4.5 hours

Ingredients:

3 fresh lemongrass stalks, chopped

2 tbsp. finely chopped green onion (include white)

1 tbsp. minced garlic

1 tsp. fried hot pepper flakes

1 tbsp. soy sauce

1 tbsp. sugar

4 & 1/2 tsp. fish sauce

1 &1/2 tsp. kosher salt

Directions:
Mix together and marinate 2-4 pounds of chicken. Marinate 4 hours or overnight. Grill or broil until done. You can also use a cut up chicken and roast it in a roasting pan.
