Lavender grows well in ful sun and well drained soil. Lavender can be used to flavor food and beverages. It can also be used for its relaxation effects.

Recipes
Lavender Scented Bath Melt (NOT FOR CONSUMPTION)
35 minutes
Ingredients:
1 teaspoon dried or fresh lavender flowers
2 drops lavender essential oil per melt
1/4 cup Cocoa Butter
1/4 cup Shea Butter
Silicone mold (cupcake size)
Directions:
Melt the cocoa and shea butters Use a double boiler to melt the cocoa butter and shea butter. Remove the pan from heat after melting. Add the dreid or fresh lavender flowers. Stir to combine. Allow the mixture to cool slightly and add 2 drops of lavender oil to each silicone mold. Pour the mixture into the mold and place in the freezer for about 20-30 minutes before removing the melt from the mold.
Once the melt is removed, it is best store in the refidgerator or freeze since it will begin to melt at warmer temperatures.
Drop a melt into your bath and enjoy.
