Angelica Archangelica

4 - 6 foot tall herb has tall stems and greenish, umbrella-shaped flowerheads in second year.

USES: Stems candied, leaves used in tea. Celery stems, stalks and leaves.
CARE: Grow in rich, moist soil in sun to partial shade.
HARDINESS: Biennial or short-lived perennial. Zones 4-9.
Arugula - Eruca sativa

Also known as Roquette or Rocket. Fast growing, cut and come again salad green with peppery mustard flavored leaves.

USES: Salad mixes. Taste is very sharp when plant starts in bloom.
CARE: Full sun. Moist well drained soil. Plant every 3 weeks for a continuous supply,
HARDINESS: Annual
Arugula Wild - Diplotaxis tenuifolia

Deeply lobed salad green that has a more pungent taste than regular arugla.

USES: Salad mixes.
CARE: Full sun. Moist but well drained soil.
HARDINESS: Annual - will reseed.
